Bio: Although many people call themselves “healers” I feel that the best healers available to us, are ourselves- first and foremost. When we take responsibility for our health, our lifestyle choices, our happiness- our lives as a whole, then wonderfully amazing things can happen. This is what I teach :: Self Empowered Healing. And this is what I feel the most comfortable calling myself:: A Teacher~ Oh! And a cheerleader! I love cheering people on! And that’s what I do. I offer people tools, teach them how to use them & do jumping jacks in the side lines for them as they begin a brand new journey while using the tools that they think will best suit them. I love working with strong spirited, driven individuals who are ready to take steps toward a happier, healthier life- mind, body and spirit. Through whole foods, whole herbs, ayurvedic practices, aromatherapy, energy work & yoga , I help my students & clients find the best wellness tools to fit their unique needs in order to help them reach their personal goals and serve them for a lifetime. I offer group education as well as private 1 on 1 programs in Dover, NH in the 1 Washington Street Mills , as well as online webinar classes & meetings, Skype & phone sessions. Let’s connect & see if we’re a good fit for each other!
